•What leaseholder application documents are required?
We require a copy of government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, visa), letter of employment including starting date, position and annual income (if you are self-employed, please provide us with your two most recent tax returns), two most recent months of pay stubs, or two most recent bank statements, and an offer letter as proof of employment/income.
•What are the required fees and deposits?
Future residents are required to pay a $50 application fee per adult and a $250 administration fee to secure their new home. Additional move-in costs, which depend on your credit and move-in date, will be discussed during the move-in process. All balances must be paid in full before receiving your keys.
•How do I request maintenance or repairs?
You can conveniently submit maintenance requests through the ResidentPortal App, allowing you to include pictures and report issues quickly and easily. Your requests will be addressed promptly.
•What is your pet policy and restrictions?
We allow cats & non-aggressive dog breeds with a maximum of 2 pets per unit. All pets require approval. Breed restrictions include but not limited to: Rottweiler, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire, Chow, Doberman, German Shepard, American Bulldogs, Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Wolf hybrids, any sub-breed of the foregoing and any breed that relates to security or guard dogs.
•Is there a pet fee or deposit?
There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
•What is the parking situation?
Our parking policy permits residents to park their two cars anywhere in the uncovered parking lot.
•What schools are in the area?
Our local schools are Clearmont Elementary School, Elk Grove Junior High, and Elk Grove High School.
•What are the nearby public transportation options?
Transportation options available in Elk Grove Village include Rosemont Station, located 9.1 miles from Terraces of Elk Grove. Terraces of Elk Grove is near Chicago O'Hare International, located 9.3 miles or 18 minutes away, and Chicago Midway International, located 28.3 miles or 43 minutes away.
